Your model number is usually found on the motor head label. The main opener unit mounted to the ceiling, garage door rail or roller door, or inside the motor cover.

Napoleon produced several similar looking remotes that are not cross compatible. This replacement is only suitable for the white-button Napoleon remote shown in the product images.

If your existing remote has red buttons, black buttons or looks different from the pictured remote, please contact us before ordering.
