At Remote Bloke, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make your shopping experience simple and stress free.
This policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that are faulty or do not meet the guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in original condition unless faulty

All accessories (batteries, clips, instructions) must be included where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used items that are not faulty

Incorrect programming or installation issues

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items not compatible due to customer error
Compatibility Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchasing.
We strongly recommend checking your garage or gate motor model number and matching your existing remote with the product photos before ordering.
Faulty or Defective Products
If your item is faulty or not working as intended:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Provide a description of the issue and photos or video where possible
We will troubleshoot the issue with you and provide a replacement, repair, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Remote Bloke will cover return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, a new order will need to be placed.
