At Remote Bloke, we aim to provide fast, reliable shipping across Australia.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.00 flat rate

  • Express Shipping: $12.00 flat rate

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for regional or remote areas.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct contact and delivery information is provided.


Delivery Issues

Remote Bloke is not responsible for delays once an item has been shipped.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

At this time, Remote Bloke only ships within Australia.
